I enjoy helping homeowners and real estate agents stage their homes in preparation to sell, as well as curating customized gift baskets for special occasions! I also enjoy helping clients figure out budget-friendly ways to update their spaces, making them intentional and cozy.

Staging.

Services for both realtors and homeowners, including assistance with getting homes ready for real estate photographers. Your online presence should be top priority for inviting potential buyers, so let me help you stage your home in a way that shows off its greatest features. This can include providing all furnishings and decor, or adding anything extra needed to enhance what you already have. Staging is so much more than decor; it’s creating a cozy, inviting feeling while showing buyers the practical function of each room, as well as the potential to make it their own.

Organization.

These services include (but are not limited to) assisting clients with decluttering and making the most of the spaces they have, be it an entire home or a specific space. Bringing function and practicality to key spaces in the home helps alleviate extra stress and anxiety, by being intentional with furnishings and organization systems. I love helping clients downsize clutter, organize kitchens and workspaces, prepare for a move and much more!

Consulting.

These services usually include a walk through of a specific space or home. Following the walk through, a comprehensive list of suggestions and recommendations is delivered to the home owners to carry out independently. Consultations can be relevant to designing a brand new space, styling a current space, renovating, or remodeling, which can also include picking tile, flooring, and paint colors. These services usually generate a mood board, as I work with clients to introduce their personalities and preferences, bringing both style and function to their space.

Gift Baskets.

This service generates a meaningful gift for those who need to feel welcomed or appreciated. I particularly work closely with realtors to design intentional closing baskets that are personalized to each client, with both style and function as I curate items that can be useful to the recipient in their new space.

Rental Set Up.

These services include providing the furnishings and setup for a potential space to be rented, including vacation rentals such as Airbnbs. In addition, I can provide both signage and rental information for each space, room, or house.
